I have subscribed to the chocolate lean protein biweekly and have it every day to up my protein intake around 11am or 4pm when I tend to get hungry! Best taste and easy to have to stop high sugar cravings!
Glad this was recommended to me- am doing more exercise including weights these days and as a woman in my forties I am learning how important a balanced diet (and a greater protein intake) is - but it’s quite hard when you are busy with work and kids to balanace all the meals- that’s where a protein shake or supplement can come in as a snack every day - helps me get to the target protein intake 👍
I like baking with it mainly/ or adding to breakfast like baked oats and porridge. The taste is nice and doesn’t add that bitter chemical taste some powders have. Thumbs up here!
I’ve been a regular customer for several years, which shows how much I value the product and believe in its effectiveness. The only recurring downside has been stock availability—time and again, one or more of the three flavours are out of stock. The risk for Innermost is that if a competitor launches a product that tastes just as good and is consistently available, customers may switch.
I've been using this pre workout for a very long time. I like both flavours and subscribe to a pack of each flavour every two months . I take pre workout most days and they do last me the two months (just about). I don't get that horrible prickly feelings in my skin, they feel like a natural boost to get me moving for my 0530 strength workouts.
Been using this protein for some while .tastes nice and fills me up gives me energy I play golf so have it as a smoothie before I play ..

I absolutely love the Protein Powders they have. The fact that have Creatine in them simplify things for me. I’m hooked! I highly recommend Innermost products.
Tastes great and I like that it’s limited caffeine while still giving consistent energy. I just wish they would stop sending it in a huge box as it’s so unnecessary and is a waste
I bought 2 months worth of Elderberry Hydration sachets and recieved the Innermost Shaker alongside. The shaker is a perfect ml, with the metal whisk inside. I use it every day and it has helped immensely with my hydration - both sachets and perfect shaker bottle. I refill it often, and love the ease of drinking from the bottle with the ergonomic lid for drinking. Super happy with both products.

I have tried many protein powders over the years. Innermost Lean is the most delicious of all of them. It is packed with nutrients that feel so good to me after a workout. I blend it in a smoothie and it enhances the taste. I gladly pay the tariff to have this product sent to me in the US.

Good subscription service, excellent product does what it says on the tin. Noticeable results and cognitive function increase. Would recommend over gimmick gummies.

I work out in the morning and I can’t eat much during the first hours and this drink is just perfect, I start my workout without being in starvation mode and really burn calories

This is, hands down, the nicest tasting protein powder I have had. I have it in a smoothie and mix it with almond milk, banana, almonds, porridge oats, and frozen fruit. Really nice. It's certainly on the pricey side but I am happy to pay it. WIsh I could buy in much bigger amounts (e.g. 1kg) to bring price down a bit

I thoroughly enjoy having this a part of my daily routine.
Wouldn’t mind having more flavour options. Definitely taste better when very cold so I have a it’s lots of ice even in the winter.
In all honesty I don’t really use this as a proper pre workout as I have it before during and after I’m quite a big bottle of water.
